Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the retainer.
2. Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and Paywise. Payment plans may be arranged for select packages upon request.
3. Changes & Cancellations Cancellation by client: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation by Experience Romance: In the unlikely event we cannot attend, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date. Any changes to event time, location, or package details must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
4. Scope of Services Package details, coverage time, and deliverables are outlined in your estimate. Additional services or overtime may incur extra fees. Experience Romance is not responsible for moments that cannot be captured due to client or venue restrictions.
5. Travel & Venue Requirements Travel within Trinidad is included. For locations requiring ferry or flight, additional costs may apply. Client must ensure venue permits, access, and safety for equipment (including cold spark machines).
6. Content Delivery Standard delivery times are 48–72 hours for reels, 7–14 days for full videos, unless otherwise stated. All media is delivered digitally via a secure download link.
7. Liability & Safety
All equipment, including cold spark machines, is operated safely by trained staff. Clients are responsible for guest safety during use of effects; any misuse may void liability.
8. Intellectual Property Experience Romance retains the right to use photos and video for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for all media delivered.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
